Foundermatcha User Agreement and Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Foundermatcha is currently open to users primarily based in Europe, particularly the United Kingdom. While there are no age restrictions, the platform is not yet available to users from Asia, Africa, or the Americas.
• By using Foundermatcha, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

• To create an account, users must provide their name, city location, a valid email, and a phone number. This information is crucial to maintaining the integrity of the community and the matching services.
• Users are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the information they post on the platform. Foundermatcha is not liable for any misinformation provided by users.
• Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential. Any actions taken under a user's account are their responsibility.

3. Behavior and Conduct

• Foundermatcha strictly prohibits harassment, abusive behavior, or any illegal activity on the platform.
• Users engaging in any such behavior will face immediate account suspension or permanent banning from the platform, as determined by Foundermatcha's management.

4. Matcha Points and Transactions

• Foundermatcha uses a points system called Matcha Points, which are required to perform activities like liking a candidate, sending meeting invites, and conducting meetings or chat sessions.
• Matcha Points can be purchased through the platform, earned through participation or promotions, or obtained during a free trial.
• Refunds: Under no circumstances will cash refunds be issued for Matcha Points. Points must be used as part of platform activities.

5. Intellectual Property (IP)

• All content shared by users on Foundermatcha remains the intellectual property of the user. However, by using the platform, users grant Foundermatcha the right to share or display this content for promotional purposes.
• The Foundermatcha name, logo, and all related artifacts are the exclusive property of Foundermatcha Ltd, a registered company in the United Kingdom.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

• User data, including personal information, will be securely stored on Foundermatcha's own servers.
• Foundermatcha does not share user data with third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. User-Generated Content

• Users can upload and share content on the platform. However, if any content is deemed inappropriate by Foundermatcha, we reserve the right to block, remove, or delete such content.
• In cases of serious breaches, accounts may be suspended or terminated.

8. Account Termination

• Foundermatcha reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including but not limited to harassment, illegal activity, or inappropriate content.
• Users may voluntarily terminate or delete their accounts at any time via their account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Foundermatcha assumes no liability for any issues arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, failed collaborations, or any other disputes between users.
• Users agree that Foundermatcha is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, that result from using the platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

• Foundermatcha reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or in-app notifications.
• Continued use of the platform after such notifications constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
